The following letter to Administrator Pruitt requests that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency withdraw the Final Determination on the Appropriateness of the Model Year 2022-2025 Light-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards under the Midterm Evaluation (Final Determination) which was announced on January 13, 2017 but never published in the Federal Register.
